As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible throughout the property. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and contribute to a welcoming environment. This is a driving post, so you will operate company or client vehicles as part of your patrol responsibilities.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR and first aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site contacts to support security-related objectives within the tech, media, and telecom environment.
Maintain detailed records and logs of patrols, incidents, and other security-related activities as required by site protocols.
