About The Position

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing outstanding, friendly and informative guest service while maintaining safety throughout the property as directed. Works to ensure maximum Guest safety at all times while periodically patrolling assigned areas

Requirements

• Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, TeamMembers and Management in both written and verbal form
• Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies, and procedures
• Ability to multitask
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays
• Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to obtain required work cards
• Will be required to complete assigned training academy
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, ability to see color and standing for extended periods of time
• Work is typically in an area which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy and may contain secondhand smoke
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Respond to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests

Responsibilities

• Practicing, supporting and promoting Company service standards at all times
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
• Adhering to all company service and operating standards
• Answering Guest’s questions in a manner that reflects an understanding of the department and property in general
• Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
• Observing and reporting unusual or suspicious behavior
• Escalating emergency situations to Supervisor, assistant director, and Director as needed
