About The Position

They are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated security officer to join their team at an assisted living facility in Northwest Houston (Zip Code 77090). In this high visibility, part-time role, the officer will be responsible for conducting patrols in the parking lot, responding to situations inside and outside of the building, and maintaining communication with the facility's front desk. The primary responsibility is to maintain a safe and secure environment for patients, visitors, and staff, specifically stationed at a parking lot located at a medical facility. The ideal candidate must possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to observe attentively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor grounds to prevent theft, trespassing, or vandalism.
• Request emergency personnel as needed.
• Patrol and provide security presence.
• Monitor traffic coming onto the property.
• Patrol all areas of site.
• Warn and report violators of premise rules and regulations.
