This position is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents, visitors, staff and protecting Community Property.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Minimum one year experience in security preferred.
- Many roles in the community may require that we ask about your vaccination status.
Responsibilities
- Makes scheduled rounds both inside and outside the building to maintain a secure environment.
- Responds to all fire alarms and apartment emergency calls.
