About The Position

As a Front Desk Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a residential community such as a gated community, condominium, or apartment complex. They provide access control and patrols while remaining visible and display exceptional customer service and communication skills. Now Recruiting Front Desk Security Officers! Requirements

Must be able to conduct Heliaus checkpoints while patrolling, and report writing.
Speak English and Spanish proficiently.
Exceptional customer service experience.
Computer savvy
21+ years of age
Required, ability to use computer or tablet.
Required, comfortable working outdoors in all elements of the weather for the entire shift.
Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
