Requirements
- 2+ years in a similar role preferred
- A passion for guest service and hospitality
- Background Checks and Security Certifications (where applicable)
Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner
- Check guest identification when age restrictions are enforced
- Ensure guests adhere to the venue’s safety policies and procedures
- Assists with monitoring alcohol service security functions, including guest serving limits
- Diffuses difficult guest situations with integrity
- Assist and direct guests as needed
- Communicates potential guest service issues to management team
