Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in security, public safety, or related field
• Working knowledge of security systems, patrol procedures, and emergency protocols
• Strong interpersonal, observation, and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and take appropriate action in emergencies
• Familiarity with public safety, building safety codes, and visitor screening practices

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of facility interiors and exteriors
• Enforce security rules, regulations, and safety procedures
• Provide assistance and information to patients, visitors, and staff
• Monitor and manage parking areas for staff and visitors
• Sort and deliver internal mail, packages, and confidential items
• Assist with emergency evacuations and fire drills
• Secure facility during closure and manage access to restricted areas
• Document incidents and support investigations as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned
