About The Position

We are currently seeking Security Officers in Pompano Beach to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. This role requires a proactive approach to security, including monitoring premises, conducting regular patrols, and responding to incidents as they arise. You will be expected to communicate effectively with clients and the public, ensuring that all security protocols are followed and that any issues are reported promptly. The ideal candidate will possess strong conflict management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. This position requires flexibility in scheduling, as you will be expected to work evenings, nights, and weekends as needed. Reliable transportation is essential, as you will be required to travel to various locations.
