Requirements

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and analyzing CCTV camera footage.
• Guarding valuables in an assigned area.
• Responding to alarms and emergencies.
• Communicating any irregularities with on-site management.
• Keeping an incident report record.
• Following procedures for emergency situations.
• Checking visitors in and out of an area.
• Escorting visitors around a premises.
• Patrolling premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Monitoring and authorizing entrance of persons into a property.
• Securing all exits, doors, and windows after end of operations.
• Monitoring surveillance cameras for disruptions or unlawful acts.
• Responding to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation.
