About The Position

The position involves ensuring that operating principles are adhered to, which includes maintaining cleanliness, following safety policies, providing superior guest service, and creating a fun and interactive environment for guests. Responsibilities also include monitoring guest interactions, controlling access to restricted areas, responding to incidents, and ensuring the safety and security of all guests and employees.

Requirements

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year of security or law enforcement experience or equivalent education is preferred.
• Must possess above average written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Must have a valid driver's license and meet insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and safety in all areas.
• Provide superior guest service using customer courtesy skills.
• Interact positively with guests and employees.
• Transport and verify money, chips, and tokens.
• Control access to restricted areas.
• React to patron and employee incidents and accidents.
• Monitor patron and employee passage in and out of the casino.
• Check and report safety hazards.
• Verify IDs for patrons who appear under the age of 35.
• Identify and report guests showing signs of intoxication.
• Assist with incident command for emergency response situations.
• Patrol outside parking lots and other areas using a company vehicle.
• Complete all company-required training within designated time frames.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
