Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support daily operations through outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and actions taken.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site policies, and report concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Support access control, alarm response, and incident reporting functions while maintaining awareness of changing conditions across the location.
