Job Description As a Security Officer - Warehouse in Fort Worth, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated tech and media locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct regular patrols, interact with staff and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service. Requirements

  • Possession of a Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
  • Monitor for unusual or suspicious behavior and report findings according to established protocols.
  • Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors with access and general inquiries while maintaining professionalism.
  • Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site contacts to communicate relevant information regarding security-related matters.
  • Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as directed by Allied Universal procedures.
