About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a Response Security Officer! The position is located in Phoenix, AZ, with two available shifts: Shift 1 is Saturday to Monday from 6am to 2pm and Tuesday from 2pm to 10pm (32 hours per week), while Shift 2 is Wednesday to Sunday from 6am to 2pm (40 hours per week). The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $19.33, with DailyPay available for employees. As a Response Security Officer, your responsibilities will vary based on the day and special events, requiring you to adapt quickly and effectively to different situations. You will engage in customer service, conduct patrols, and perform surveillance as needed. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are ready to take on various challenges.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem-solving skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is preferred
• Possess a state license if required
