Job Description As a Security Officer - Warehouse Entry Patrol in Grove City, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout a dynamic logistics and distribution location. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergencies as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any suspicious behavior or security-related issues encountered during patrols.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as required.
Communicate with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding security-related matters and incidents at the location.
Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner.
