As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post that requires a valid driver’s license and meeting AU Driver Policy requirements. Requirements

• Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• Possess a college degree.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and documenting actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of lobbies, ATM areas, offices, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, assist with access control, and observe for unusual behavior while maintaining a professional presence and clear communication with staff and visitors.
• Complete security-related reports such as incident logs, patrol activity logs, and/or shift summaries per site requirements.
