As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support guests and staff with clear communication and prompt, professional responses. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license per Allied Universal Driver Policy Requirements. Bring agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity each shift.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to site personnel, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations through established channels.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
  • Monitor access points and visitor processing, including verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and vehicle logs, and directing deliveries to designated receiving areas in support of operational flow.
  • Complete detailed written reports and shift documentation, including patrol activity, incident summaries, and communication with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as needed.
