Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the automotive location, including access control responsibilities.
Monitor and control entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain proper documentation of visitors and vehicles.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to observe activity and report any irregularities.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members regarding security-related matters.
Maintain accurate records and logs of access control activities, incidents, and patrols as required by site policies.
