You will conduct routine patrols, interact with the public, and provide outstanding customer service while supporting a caring and reliable team. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the utility location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or access.
Observe and report any suspicious activities or conditions encountered during patrols.
Communicate clearly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and/or emergency responders as required.
Document all activities, incidents, and/or observations according to site-specific protocols.
