As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol utility locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and support a secure environment for all visitors and personnel. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to assist in resolving issues.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the utility location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents within the premises.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and/or employees while on patrol.
Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management for the utility location.
Assist in enforcing access control procedures and monitoring entry points as required.
