As an unarmed patrol officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine driving patrols and maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, delivering exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity within the location.
Monitor access points and observe for unusual or suspicious behavior, reporting findings according to established protocols.
Maintain accurate records of patrols, incidents and observations as required by Allied Universal and site management.
Communicate professionally with clients, visitors and staff to address inquiries and provide assistance when needed.
Support site-specific protocols relevant to the aerospace and defense environment, including following procedures for restricted areas and visitor management.
Participate in training and briefings to stay current with site procedures, emergency protocols and Allied Universal standards.
