As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, communicate clearly with team members and site contacts, and document observations using site technology. Requirements

• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, vendors, and employees by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking lots, and perimeter fencing to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards and unusual conditions.
• Control access at vehicle and pedestrian entry points by checking identification, verifying deliveries and pick-ups, and directing traffic flow in accordance with site rules.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, assisting with evacuations and/or shelter-in-place actions, and coordinating with local responders as directed.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, monitor alarms and/or cameras when assigned, and communicate security-related concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
