As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a leading technology-focused location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will remain visible, interact with staff and visitors, and provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Experience with access control and/or badge systems is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential issues.
Monitor for unusual or suspicious behavior, and report findings in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and/or contractors, addressing questions and providing guidance as appropriate.
Document all incidents, observations, and activities accurately in daily reports or logs as required by the site.
Work collaboratively with location management and Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure environment.
