As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal at a financial services location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will provide customer-focused assistance, communicate clearly with staff and visitors, and document observations. Requirements

• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, corridors, offices, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity, reporting unusual behavior and/or policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with alarm responses, medical calls, and/or disturbances as directed by post orders.
• Complete routine logs and incident reports, communicate via radio and/or phone, and document patrol findings and corrective actions taken.
