As a SCREENER with Allied Universal at an automotive location, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment by monitoring access points and interacting with employees, visitors, and contractors. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough screening procedures, performing routine patrols, and being a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service while maintaining clear and professional communication at all times. Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening of individuals entering the location, following established security-related protocols and site-specific procedures.
• Provide customer service by interacting professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors at entry points.
• Assist in monitoring access control systems and verifying credentials as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal guidelines.
• Document and report any unusual activity or incidents according to site procedures.
• Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal team members to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a secure environment.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with site management and/or Allied Universal supervisors regarding incidents or concerns.
