As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. You will be highly visible, engage with individuals onsite, and provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the food and beverage facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain awareness of all persons entering or exiting the location.
Observe and report any unusual conditions, hazards, or security-related incidents to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
Complete detailed and accurate written reports documenting observations, incidents, and activities during each shift.
Assist with enforcing site-specific rules and regulations while maintaining a professional presence at all times.
