As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a dynamic tech and media location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents within the location, following established protocols.
Collaborate with other Allied Universal personnel and site staff to support a secure and welcoming environment for all employees, visitors, and guests.
Maintain awareness of site-specific protocols and procedures relevant to the technology, media, and telecom environment.
Complete required documentation and reports accurately and promptly as part of daily responsibilities.
