About The Position

Requirements

Minimum 3 plus years of Security experience Or prior Law Enforcement or Military experience required
Must be 21+ years of age and be comfortable using computers or tablets
Have a minimum of 3 years combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor for and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols within the industrial environment.
Assist with access control by observing and reporting on individuals entering and exiting the premises, following site-specific guidelines.
Document activities, incidents, and observations in daily reports to support site operations and communication with Allied Universal management.
Support emergency preparedness and response by participating in drills and adhering to client-specific procedures.
