Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a food and beverage production location. Your presence helps to deter potential security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain visibility, and support a secure environment for all personnel. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
X ray screening experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and monitor for unusual conditions.
Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or hazards encountered during patrols.
Assist with controlling access to designated areas, verifying credentials as required by site procedures.
Support Allied Universal and location staff during emergencies by following site-specific response protocols and providing clear communication.
Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity and provide assistance to employees and visitors as needed.
Follow all company and location-specific policies, procedures, and instructions related to security-related operations.
