As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a food and beverage location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for all. Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the food and beverage location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to assist with maintaining order in the environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business interior and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to provide assistance and relay important information as needed.
Assist with access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry and monitor visitor activity.
Support Allied Universal and client leadership by following post orders and company policies while on duty.
