About The Position

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Specialist in Boston, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within the food and beverage location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards to the appropriate personnel.
Assist with access control by monitoring entry points and verifying credentials as required by site policies.
Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including guiding individuals to designated areas and communicating with emergency responders.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and client procedures.
