As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a food and beverage environment, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with people in a professional manner, and provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

The ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the food and beverage location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
Monitor access points and report any unusual or suspicious activity.
Communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and incidents.
Complete required documentation and incident reports as needed based on observations and activities during patrols.
