Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support employees and visitors with professional customer service, clear communication, and accurate reporting using a computer and/or tablet. Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and/or First Aid training is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the financial services location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, and parking areas to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor alarms, surveillance systems, and other security-related equipment, and report irregular conditions according to post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site contacts and/or local emergency services as needed.
• Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and communicate relevant information during shift transitions.
