As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a leading financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, observe and report unusual activity, and deliver standout customer service through clear communication. Requirements

• A state, county, and/or city issued security license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify maintenance or policy issues.
• Monitor access points and security-related systems such as alarms, cameras, and entry controls, and respond to alerts according to post orders and escalation protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, coordinating with on-site management, and contacting emergency services when required.
• Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate pertinent information during shift handoff to support continuity of operations.
