As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment. Requirements

At least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required.
Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR certification is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and report any suspicious behavior or conditions.
Monitor assigned areas to help to deter security-related risks and maintain a visible presence.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to site procedures.
Assist with access control by observing and reporting on entry and exit points as required.
Support Allied Universal in maintaining a secure and welcoming environment at the location.
