As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to incidents as needed, and provide outstanding customer service while communicating clearly with clients and visitors. Requirements

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Be able to provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
Observe and report any unusual activity, potential hazards, or maintenance issues during patrols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while upholding Allied Universal standards.
