As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents through visible presence and routine patrols. You will interact with tenants and visitors, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
At least 21 years of age is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other designated areas within the commercial real estate location to help to deter unauthorized access.
Document and report any security-related incidents, maintenance concerns, or unusual activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
Collaborate with property management and/or law enforcement as needed to address incidents or emergencies at the location.
Remain visible and approachable to provide assistance and information to tenants, visitors, and staff as needed.
