As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.
Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points within the manufacturing and industrial environment.
Assist with emergency response activities as directed, following established protocols and procedures.
Communicate clearly with team members, site staff, and visitors as needed to support a secure environment.
Maintain accurate and detailed logs or reports of daily activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site management.
