Join Allied Universal at a leading tech location as an unarmed patrol officer, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access points, respond to alarms and/or concerns, and deliver customer-focused communication to employees and visitors. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
Customer Service Experience is preferred.
CPR Certification is preferred.
Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
Alarm Panel Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a technology-focused location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
Monitor access points, alarms, and camera systems when assigned, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity.
Document patrols, incidents, and notable observations in required reports and logs, escalating concerns through the chain of command.
