As a Security Officer - Unarmed Financial Institution Patrol in Marietta, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents. Your presence and routine patrols will support a secure environment, while you provide exceptional customer service and clear communication. Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience is required.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and reporting any suspicious behavior or hazards.
Monitor entry and exit points to help maintain authorized access within the financial institution location.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and any unusual activity according to company and site protocols.
Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and site personnel to address security-related needs and concerns.
