As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a fast-paced automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to alarms and/or unusual activity, document observations, and communicate clearly with site teams and visitors while delivering strong customer service. Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A state, county, and/or city issued security license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and site visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Control access points by observing and verifying authorized entry, monitoring vehicle and foot traffic flow, and directing visitors to the proper check-in process.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and service calls in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate relevant information to oncoming shifts.
