As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, interact with employees and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Must provide proof of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid guard card or security license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter, helping to deter potential security-related incidents.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the financial institution environment.
• Assist visitors and employees by providing information and guidance as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site management to address security-related matters.
• Document and communicate all incidents, observations, and actions taken during patrols and/or while on post.
