You will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols, remaining visible, and delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements

A Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the manufacturing and industrial location.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and critical areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain awareness of ongoing activities.
Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and maintenance needs to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives as required.
Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address security-related matters and contribute to a secure environment within the manufacturing and industrial setting.
Remain alert to potential hazards or unusual conditions during patrols and promptly communicate findings to appropriate contacts.
