As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol government locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment. Your visible presence and regular patrols will support a positive atmosphere while providing excellent customer service. Requirements

  • A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required as proof for this client.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Observe and report any unusual or suspicious activities, hazards, or conditions to the appropriate personnel.
  • Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services when required.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and security-related matters.
  • Assist visitors and employees by providing information and directions as needed while maintaining access control protocols.
