About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Associate in Saint Louis, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Requirements

Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the banking location, including public areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points as assigned.
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry, disturbances, and/or suspicious activity while maintaining awareness of daily operations and visitor traffic.
Complete routine documentation, communicate relevant observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership, and support closing or opening activities as directed.
