As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol financial services offices and busy logistics distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence and professional reporting. You will conduct routine rounds, watch access points, respond to concerns, and support staff and visitors with strong customer service and communication. Requirements

• A Guard Card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including parking lots, loading docks, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access control points and screen visitor, vendor, and driver entry by following check-in processes, verifying identification and/or delivery documentation, and directing traffic to designated areas.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarm activations, disturbances, medical calls, and/or suspicious activity, and coordinate notifications as directed by post orders.
• Complete routine documentation such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity reports, and communicate observations and/or concerns to Allied Universal supervision and site management.
