As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, provide clear communication, and deliver customer service while documenting observations using site technology. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a distribution and logistics location.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site contacts and/or public emergency services as required.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the warehouse, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
Monitor access points for employees, contractors, and drivers, including checking identification, maintaining visitor logs, and directing vehicle and foot traffic as needed.
Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation, communicate shift updates to the next officer and/or site management, and assist with security-related observations such as damaged doors, gates, lights, and/or cameras.
