Job Description As a Security Officer - Unarmed Museum Driver Patrol in Milton, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer supporting an aero and defense location. You will patrol assigned areas, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and complete detailed reports while providing professional customer service at access points. Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal post orders, security-related procedures, and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, and perimeter points at an aerospace and defense location to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
- Control access at designated entry points by checking identification and/or visitor authorization, directing traffic flow, and documenting entries and exits per site requirements.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
- Prepare complete reports of daily activities, patrol observations, and incidents, and communicate notable conditions to supervision according to established protocols.
