As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols of production areas, yards, and access points while maintaining a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will monitor activity, respond to alarms and calls for service, document observations, and communicate clearly with onsite teams and visitors. Bring customer service, integrity, and teamwork to every shift in a fast-moving environment. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.62 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following post orders, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting actions taken per policy.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, loading docks, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards.
• Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, checking identification where required, and directing drivers, deliveries, and visitors to approved locations.
• Complete routine reports, incident logs, and shift activity documentation, and communicate status updates to supervision and/or site contacts as needed.
