As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned logistics and distribution locations, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, address any concerns quickly, and engage with visitors and staff to provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the distribution and logistics location, including the business and its perimeter, to help to deter unwanted activity.
Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a visible presence and provide support to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at the location as required.
Follow all instructions from Allied Universal and site supervisors regarding security-related duties and protocols.
