As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing exceptional customer service and communication. You will remain visible at the front desk to help deter security-related incidents while maintaining a professional presence. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.
Monitor and control access to the facility, verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs as required.
Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating emergency response activities when appropriate.
Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or vendors to address inquiries and direct them as needed.
Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and/or client representatives.
Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or disruptive behavior.
